@Nerva_Imp G'MIC has separate filters for film grain and film color grading. The color grading is basically a set of LUTs that it applies, but it has quite a lot of them.

@Nerva_Imp Thanks! I'm actually using G'MIC, which is basically just a collection of filters: it's really meant to be used with another image editor as a plugin. I mainly like the film simulation it has.

Good start! I use Afinity Photo to do a lot of post-processing on my renders. It's much easier to adjust lighting, saturation, etc. there than in Blender itself.
